Product Description

Among the most birdlike of the raptors, troodontids such as Sinovenator tuely were “turkeys from hell”. In addition to their feathered bodies and winglike arms, they had the signature killing claw on the rear foot, and a mouth full of sharp, serrated teeth. Our replica is extremely detailed (from the type specimen in our collection), with its skull being completely dis-articulated during preparation, the elements of which were molded separately, and then reassembled. It is attractive alone, in a pack, or as part of a larger diorama.
