Board of Trustees

Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees is the governing body of the Museum. Elections are held annually for one officer and two at-large trustees on a rotating schedule. Elections are held during the Museum's Annual meeting held each December. Officers and At-large Trustees are elected to four year terms. There are four officers and eight At-large Trustees on the regular board (immediate Past-Presidents are entitled to sit as voting members in addition to the usual twelve trustee limit). In addition, Provisional Trustees may be elected to fill vacancies on the Board. The terms of Provisional Trustees end in December of each year although they may be re-elected to successive terms. Only members of the Board of Trustees and the Founders Board are entitled to vote in corporate elections.
